You can manage the contacts that you interact with via chats, meetings, and calls through the Calls view.
Add a Contact

You can add a new contact to the Contacts list, so it will appear with the rest of your existing contacts.

- Click the Calls button on the App bar.
- Click Contacts in the List pane.
- Click Add Contact.
- Enter a contact's name.
- Click Add.
- Enter additional information.
- Click Add.
All your contacts are displayed in a single list.
You can add contacts within your organization or outside of it. However, you'll only be able to call people outside of your organization with a supported calling plan.
If the name you entered is in your organization, a suggestion will appear in a pop-up. If that is who you want to add, you can select them from the list to automatically add their information.
Otherwise, you can continue adding their information manually.
The contact is added to your Contacts list.
Add a Contact to Speed Dial
You can add people from your Contacts list to your speed dial. People in your speed dial will appear listed before anyone else in the Calls view.
- While in Calls view, click Speed dial in the List pane.
- Click Add speed dial.
- Enter a contact name, then select them from the suggestion list.
- Click Add.
The contacts that you've added to your speed dial appear at the top, with your Favorites and other groups appearing below.
You can quickly call a contact from here by clicking one of the call buttons.
The contact is added to the speed dial.
Add a Contact Group
In addition to your speed dial and favorites lists, you can create new contact groups to keep related people organized together.
- While in Calls view, click New group.
- Give the group a name.
- Click Create.
The group is created, and the next step is to begin adding people to it.
Add a Contact to a Group
Once you’ve created a group, you can begin adding contacts to it.
- Click a group's More Options button.
- Select Add a contact to this group.
- Enter a contact name, then select them from the suggestions list.
- Click Add.
The contact is added to the group. Just repeat this process until a group has everyone it needs.

Step 2: Import the data
Right click on the table and select “import data from csv”
Step 3: The import tool dialog opens
Then the import tool will pop up and you want to make sure the following fields are selected. Step 4: Confirm the dial list is active
Then the import tool will pop up and you want to make sure the following fields are selected. Step 5: Check the dial list status
Navigate to Dial List and ensure you have the group selected you scroll down to the bottom of the first tab and you will see the dial list status and control.
Step 6: Status and terminate
This is where you can control the dial list by terminating the dial list if you don’t want it to run any more.
Step 7: Checklist to activate the list
To activate the list you have to ensure the following:
You have at least one agent logged into that queue
Your dial list has not been completed
Your dial list schedules are in place.

Step 8: If you update the dial list
If you update the dial list on the MySql db you can click the import now button and this will activate the list with new information. You can go back to the General tab and see if the dial list now shows active.

Step 9: Keep in mind
The ECC will query 50 records at a time and when those records are finished the system will query the next 50 records and this will continue until all the records have been dialed.
If the dial list is Active then the agents should be receiving calls. If the dial list is not active you need to verify that the schedules are active and that you have imported or refreshed the database.
